Servant Leadership Institute is an educational entity that uses the Transformational Approach, specializing in teaching leadership / organizational development and team building. We use various business models and educational theories to help solve leadership and teambuilding challenges. The goal of the Servant Leadership Institute is to inspire leadership and give those who are aspiring leaders the acumen to lead others. Our motto Spiritum Ducere Quaeritis means to Seek, Lead, and Inspire.

Professional Leadership Modules
Servant Leadership Institute is an entity whose legal structure is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation. It comprises four major officer positions and ten Board of Directors, who have a significant interest in leadership, educational leadership, and education. The Founder/President shall also assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors, secretary, and treasurer until others are identified. In addition, the organization shall have a staff of three personnel to ensure operations are executed properly and a faculty of five educators to teach the fifteen-plus designated classes.
